Floored — Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

Floored is built to need as little of your data as possible. There are no ads and no advertising or cross-app tracking, and we never sell your data.

What we store

Your workouts, your progression (levels and streaks), and your settings — kept in your account so they sync across your devices. You start on an anonymous device account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we also store your name and email (and a provider account ID) to identify and sync that account. Your account data is stored on Google Firebase, our backend provider, solely to run and sync the app.

No ads. No selling your data.

Floored shows no ads and uses no advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs. We never sell your data. We only share your data with another service when you choose to connect it (see Strava and Apple Health below). If we ever add privacy-respecting product analytics, we'll update this policy first.

Strava (only if you connect it)

If you connect Strava, your Strava token is stored on our server (not in the app) and used only to post your Floored workouts to your own Strava account. We request write-only access, so we do not read your existing Strava activity. Disconnect any time and we revoke and delete the token.

Apple Health (only if you allow it)

If you grant access, Floored writes your completed workouts to Apple Health (duration and rep counts). It does not read your Health data, and it never uses Health data for advertising. You can manage or revoke access any time in the Health app.

Deleting your data

"Delete account" in Settings permanently deletes your Floored account and its data from our systems (workouts, progression, settings) and revokes your Strava connection. This cannot be undone. Workouts already sent to Strava or saved to Apple Health live in those apps — delete them there if you want them removed. Residual copies may persist briefly in routine backups before they expire.

Not medical advice

Floored is for general fitness and is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, and stop if you feel pain or dizziness — you exercise at your own risk.
